n 9:21 a.m. Monday - Eric Lyhue Sizemore, 21, of 8280 E. US 30, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 12:07 p.m. Monday - Thomas John Thacker, 28, Huntington, arrested for theft. Bond: $25,000.
n 12:43 p.m. Monday - Larry Easterday, 39, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
n 3:40 p.m. Monday - Stephen James O'Connell, 25, of 418 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
n 4:05 p.m. Monday - Timothy Raymond Zick, 23, Plymouth, arrested for misdemeanor battery, criminal mischief, resisting/fleeing law enforcement, possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear. Bond: $1,250.
