The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 10:01 a.m. Thursday – Scott Alan Busse, 44, of 260 EMS T46 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for furnishing alcohol. Bond: $750.
- 3:32 p.m. Thursday – Michael Watson, 46, of Winamac, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $750.
- 5:49 p.m. Thursday – John Winfield Hoyle, 55, of 301 Heide Lane, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor battery and domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
- 6:10 p.m. Thursday – Amber Fahl Schopf, 26, of 3185 E. Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 7:11 p.m. Thursday – Steven Paul Gasaway, 20, of 5774 N. 2nd St., Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $550.
- 8:08 p.m. Thursday – Korayma Cervantes, 18, of Ligonier, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $500.
- 9:43 p.m. Thursday – Antonio Ricardo Franco, 21, of 300 Brubaker St., Leesburg, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 11:06 p.m. Thursday – James Chester Shuster, 43, of 1906 Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $3,631.83.
- 11:56 p.m. Thursday – Ronald Eugene Rodriguez, 23, of 422 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 12:27 a.m. today – Kelton Marquis Washington, 28, of 881 Broadway St., Plymouth, arrested for aggravated battery. No bond set.

- 8:58 a.m. Wednesday – 819 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kimberly L. McHose, 53, of 3277 S. Ind. 15, Warsaw; Christina L. Blackshire, 50, of 3310 Colony Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 3:30 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Church Street, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rany L. Ousley, of 1727 12th Road, Bourbon; Craig E. Brown, of 245 W. CR 350S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 3:39 p.m. Thursday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Misty D. Chaffins, 36, of 193 N. Ind. 19, Akron; Vicky D. Snyder, 55, of 3296 E. Courtland Drive, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 5:21 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 25E and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Iris A. Delacruz, 25, of 714 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw; Loraine K. Zirkle, 64, of 1811 Robin Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
- 7:29 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and Ind. 15N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bryce W. Grove, 34, of Mishawaka; Samantha J. Helsley, 18, of St. Joseph, Mich. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
- 11:51 p.m. Thursday – 414 Ind. 15N, Warsaw. One truck ran off road, hit the sign at Kentucky Fried Chicken, then fled. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

- Saturday - An Etna Green woman reported a bicycle stolen from her property in the 100 block of South Etna Street. KCSD.
- 10:58 p.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man reported a GPS stolen from his vehicle while at the Wilbys Gas & Goodies, 1695 W. Lake St., Warsaw. WPD.
- 11:51 p.m. Thursday – A truck struck the sign at the KFC, 414 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, and fled the scene. WPD.
- 12:21 a.m. today – A Warsaw woman reported her 1995 Ford F150 truck stolen from the 1600 block of East Market Street. WPD.
