Personal Injury Accidents - 3:23 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Winona and Park avenues, Warsaw. Driver lost control of his mo-ped. Driver: John Miller, 15, of 614 W. Market St., Warsaw. Injury: Miller suffered an abrasion to knee/lower leg/foot; passenger Zarre A. Fitzpatrick, 14, of 311 S. Lake St., Warsaw, suffered an abrasion to elbow/lower arm. Damage: less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. - 3:44 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Bronson Street, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a fire hydrant. Driver: William D. Cloud, 43, of 9512 S.
