- 6:20 a.m. Thursday - Andrew Joseph Seabold, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
- 10:42 a.m. Thursday - James Jeffrey Kellogg, 56, of 423 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.
- 2:53 p.m. Thursday - Charles Michael Bloom, 42, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 3:01 p.m. Thursday - Clint Allen Stone, 42, South Bend, arrested for voyeurism. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:52 a.m. today - Allen Duane Abbott, 34, of 302 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 5:39 a.m. today - John Anthony Scuether, 29, of 5178 W. Rowland Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

- 11:30 a.m. Wednesday - CR 1350N, 500 feet east of CR 200W, Milford. Car hit four-wheeler registered to Thomas D. Gunden, Milford. Driver: Sam Steury, 71, Middlebury. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 9:43 p.m. Thursday - CR 700W, 1,000 feet north of CR 100N, Atwood. Car hit deer. Driver: Joellen Jackson, 49, West CR 200N, Atwood. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
- 11:05 p.m. Thursday - CR 1350N, 700 feet west of CR 200W, Milford. Car hit deer. Driver: Odell Frasure, 47, East CR 1150N, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

- 4:42 p.m. Thursday - A Warsaw Community Public Library employee reported a camcorder missing from inventory. Loss: $289.50. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 5:22 p.m. Thursday - Dilberto Ramirez, East Center Street, Warsaw, reported mischief to his vehicle. Damage: $529.50. WPD.
