Bond: $1,200. n 2:06 p.m. Friday – Aubert Efford Clevenger, 31, of 1040 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and for burglary-breaking and entering. No bond. n 3:42 p.m. Friday – Rick L. Troxel, 58, of 7801 N. Tippecanoe Shores, Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to appear, driving while suspended/prior. Bond: $1,800. n 5:25 p.m. Friday – Todd R. Fulk, 39, of 509 S. Jackson St., South Whitley, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $2,000. n 6:47 p.m. Friday – Shawn Casey Smoker, 26, of 39 EMS T7B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to stop – exchange information. Bond: $500.
Incidents n 9:45 a.m. Friday – A Warsaw man reported a missing license plate from a vehicle in the 2400 block of North CR 200W, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 10:50 a.m. Friday – A Warsaw man reported a stolen license plate from a trailer in the 200 block of West Main Street Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
