CR 300W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550. n 2:33 a.m. today – Bryon Michael Grubbs, 36, of 2708 William Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se. Personal Injury Accident n 7:24 a.m. Tuesday – North Zimmer Road, 100 feet south of Zimmer Lane, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Deborah Hernandez-McCarthy, 44, EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse; James P. Brennan, 57, North Shady Court, Warsaw. Injuries: Hernandez-McCarthy was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital to be treated for back pain. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accident n 5:19 a.m. Tuesday – North Ind. 13, 50 feet north of North Grandview Drive, Syracuse. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Stephanie R. Gagye, 32, North Ind. 13, North Webster. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Incidents n 2:41 p.m. Tuesday – A Pierceton man reported damage to his waste management truck in the 3600 block of East CR 100S. KCSD. n 3:16 p.m. Tuesday – A Winona Lake woman reported a computer taken from her car in the 300 block of Grace Village Drive. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
