J, Claypool, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $17,000. n 11:35 a.m. Thursday – Douglas J. Lindsey, 21, of 503 E. Jefferson St., Bourbon, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $750. n 11:39 a.m. Thursday – Fadi A. Kupty, 23, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500. n 1:39 p.m. Thursday – Betty J. Liptow, 61, of 5164 W. Corly Lane, Silver Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear for felony charges. Bond: $6,000.
Personal Injury Accident n 7:46 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Maple Avenue and Main Street ,Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Zachariah J. Schuh, 20, Pine Mills Road, Warsaw; Marilyn S. Campbell, 61, Patterson Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Schuh complained of pain in his back, Campbell comlained of pain in her chest. Both refused medical treatment at the scene. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
