Personal Injury Accident n 9:20 p.m. Wednesday – South Packerton Road, 1,000 feet south of Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Vehicle struck pole. Driver: Rigoberto Ornelas, 24, High Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Ornelas complained of pain in his back and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment and legal blood draw. Damages: $10,000-$25,000.
