The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 11:11 a.m. Wednesday – Jennifer Rebecca Riemersman, 33, of 9219 W. Old Trail Road, No. 92, Pierceton, arrested for forgery – authority did not give permission. Bond: $10,000.
n 12:41 p.m. Wednesday – Andre Pierre Harris, 23, Gary, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750.
n 1:10 p.m. Wednesday – Carl Lee Grisby, 45, of 1827 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation; two counts of failure to appear – origional charge misdemeanor; and driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $2,550.
n 1:35 p.m. Wednesday – Erika Gladiana Ayala, 21, of 1821 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $1,000.
n 3:16 p.m. Wednesday – Ashlee D. Brown, 26, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750.
n 4:35 p.m. Wednesday – Timothy Joseph Arndt II, 24, of 8191 E. Cassandra Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended and misdemeanor false informing. Bond: $500.
n 5:10 p.m. Wednesday – Michael Keith Walley, 34, of 6669 N. Fifth Trail, North Webster, arrested for battery. No bond set.
n 7:44 p.m. Wednesday – Jwain Antonio Sullivan, 20, Chicago, arrested for failure to appear – origional charge misdemeanor. Bond: $350.
n 11:06 p.m. Wednesday – Jamie Alvarado, 39, no address available, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.

Accidents
n 10:34 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of South McKinley and East Jefferson streets, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway, struck curb and ran over railroad tracks. Driver: Shyanna M. Ballard, 20, West CR 700S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 11:44 a.m. Wednesday – North Detroit Street, 500 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rachael A. Woodcox, 22, West CR 900S, South Whitley; Ashton M. Stutzman, 26, East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
