Personal Injury Accident - 9:05 p.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30W and CR 200N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Fatima Castillo, 18, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Daryl Stevens, 47, Prospect, Ohio. Injuries: Stevens complained of lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.
