 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:58 a.m. Wednesday – Stephen Charles Possell, 18, of 4565 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• 2:21 a.m. Wednesday – Cristina Marie Delafuente, 18, of 12312 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• 10:12 a.m. Wednesday – Erin Renee Wiktorowski, 18, of 808 S. Koko Drive, Syracuse, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• 10:20 a.m. Wednesday – Michaela Lily Heredeen, 18, of 806 W. Monoquet Road, Warsaw, arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• 3:07 p.m. Wednesday – Zachariah Joseph Schuh, 23, of 2736 18B Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000.
• 3:36 p.m. Wednesday – Leon Gene Warner, 53, of 558 S. Circle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $25,250.
• 4:44 p.m. Wednesday – Timothy James Brady, 37, of 48 EMS W30A Lane, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:59 p.m. Wednesday – Rieder Davayne Hunley, 18, of 41 EMS T16B, Leesburg, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400
• 6:44 p.m. Wednesday – Noe Ybarra, 5831 S. East Channel Road, 31, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $176.14.
• 7:59 p.m. Wednesday – Jessy Allen Owsley, 19, of 12026 N. Raggedy Ann Road, Cromwell, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
• 12:13 a.m. Thursday – Ty Wayne Brown, 55, Bluffton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:18 a.m. Thursday – Devon Pete Poe, 28, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Apt D, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
