Personal Injury Accidents n 1:09 a.m. Saturday – Ind. 25, 20 feet west of CR 600W, Mentone. Vehicle struck sign. Driver: Robert T. Carter, 53, CR 1300W, Mentone. Injuries: Carter suffered minor scrapes and was checked on scene. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated. n 1:06 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Main and Detroit streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Miles J. Malstaff, 33, Granger; Johnathon E. Mishoe, 17, Warbler Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Kyleigh Risner, 16, Columbia Street, Warsaw, a passenger in the backseat of Mishoe's vehicle, complained of pain in her foot and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
