CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for arson - dwelling of another without consent. Bond: $10,000. n 6:46 p.m. Tuesday – Shawn M. Learned, 33, of 11948 N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for driving while license suspended. Bond: $300. n 7:46 p.m. Tuesday – Breanna N. Gidley, 21, of 5854 E. Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for another agency. No bond set. n 9:45 p.m. Tuesday – Tiffany M. Sanchez, 21, Berea, Ky., arrested for probation violation. No bond set. n 4:51 a.m. Wednesday Michael L. Hollingshead, 52, of 7076 W. CR 900N, Nappanee, arrested for possession of marijuana and public intoxication. Bond: $450.
Property Damage Accident n 4:16 a.m. Wednesday – CR 1350N, 2,500 feet east of CR 400W, Milford. Vehicle struck horse. Driver: Simon J. Miller, 66, CR 21, Milford. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 10:09 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported being bitten by an animal on CR 400S. KCSD.
