The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 8:38 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Neal Ashpole, aka Mickey Ashpole, 26, of 8791 E. Wesley Lane, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 12:29 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Troy Crawford, 21, of 2259 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 3:06 p.m. Tuesday - Nathan Allen Vandusen, 25, of 410 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for felony non-support. Bond: $10,000.
n 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - Gabino Cuahuizo, 30, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 4:17 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher Michael England, 22, of 301 S. Mill St., North Manchester, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $350.
n 5:18 p.m. Tuesday - Cynthia Louise Sachs, 48, of 506 Bay Circle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 6:40 p.m. Tuesday - Richard Sol Martin, 36, of 811 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
n 6:50 p.m. Tuesday - Brandy Gabrielle Bradley, 30, of 309 W. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
