n 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - Shane Patrick Simmons, 39, Wabash, arrested for being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $5,000.
n 2:19 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua Talbot Peace, 35, Millersburg, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
n 3:44 p.m. Wednesday - Minnie Marie Trump, 51, of 77 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:06 p.m. Wednesday - David Joe McGuire, 27, of 2587 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
n 11:44 p.m. Wednesday - Mandy Marie Schultz, 29, of 418 S. Unioin St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation, possession of methamphetamine and false police reporting. Bond: $3,000.
