• 8:09 p.m. Thursday - Roy Gene Lewis, 54, of 7881 E. 500S, Pierceton, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $1,000.
• 12:01 a.m. today - John Henry Daniels, 38, Richton Park, Ill., arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 12:38 a.m. today - Thomas L. Thompson, 66, of 3807 W. Folk Trail, Mentone, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

• 8:47 p.m. Thursday - Andrew Dale Kline, Kinney Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of a stereo and credit cards from his vehicle. Damage: $125. WPD.
