n 2 p.m. Friday - Forrest Reeser, 53, of 222 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for theft - possession of stolen property. No bond set.
n 4:30 p.m. Friday - Zulema Delfina Flores, 35, of 301 E. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.
