McKee, 42, Packerton Road, Silver Lake; Qianhui Zhao, 23, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Zhao complained of pain in her head and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 3:26 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center Street and Frontage Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sarah E. Himes, 35, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Karissa Auer, 22, Happiness Drive, Syracuse. Injuries: Himes was transported to KCH with a complaint of back pain.
