- 7:56 p.m. Friday - Cecil Gene Meade, 47, of 2711 Marion Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for driving while being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $5,000.
- 9:49 p.m. Friday - Ray James Skelton, 41, of 1301 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
- 12:18 p.m. Friday - Kelly Dee Ratliff, 35, of 606 W. Second St., North Manchester, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.
- 2:24 p.m. Friday - Erin Patrick Odea, 30, of 213 E. Maple Grove, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
- 3:44 p.m. Friday - Carmelo Montes, 33, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $300.
- 5:18 p.m. Friday - Nathan Ray Lecount, 21, of 7307 W. Lutes Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $2,500.
- 7:56 p.m. Friday - Daniel Stanton, 31, of 1040 Ind. 15, Silver Lake, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $300.

- 9:30 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 900E, Pierceton. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Denise T. Woodward, 21, North Second Street, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2.500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 2:51 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Lake and Hepler streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Hernandez Saul, 17, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw; Randall Miller, 51, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 9:25 p.m. Wednesday - CR 900W, 200 feet south of CR 200S, Mentone. Vehicle hit two parked vehicles registered to Terry S. Kuhn, Rowland Avenue, Leesburg, and Steve R. Lewis, West Shilling Road, Mentone. Driver: Dannie Hurd, 57, Snyder Road, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
