• 12:01 p.m. Wednesday - Mark E. Blankenship, 49, of 509 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for arson. Bond: $30,250.
• 12:36 p.m. Wednesday - Latasha L. Roush, 29, of 8954 S. 425W, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:39 p.m. Wednesday - Michael V. Binstock, 57, Columbia City, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,750.
• 1:39 p.m. Wednesday - Roberta J. Hodge, 40, Garrett, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 4:16 p.m. Wednesday - Elizabeth R. Hawkins, 34, Marion, arrested for check deception. Bond: $97.65.
• 8:25 p.m. Wednesday - Pattie J. Webber, 37, South Bend, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 10:53 p.m. Wednesday - Adam C. Pamer Jr., 43, of 407 N. 450E, Warsaw, arrested for insurance fraud. Bond: $10,000.
• 11:27 p.m. Wednesday - Rogelio B. Rosas, 33, of 505 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.
• 11:14 a.m. Thursday - Gustavo A. Nunez, 30, of 116 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $5,250.
