n 2:29 a.m. Wednesday - Mark Edward Thurman, 38, of 1134 E. CR 300S, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.

Driver: Timothy F. Johnson, 59, CR 400E, Pierceton. Injury: Johnson suffered minor bleeding to his elbow and lower arm. Damage: $50,000-$100,000.Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
