- 11:16 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua Talbot Peace, 34, Millersburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
- 3:26 p.m. Wednesday - Brian C. Wilmere, 39, of 502 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 4:11 p.m. Wednesday - Troy Kenty Riley, 43, Huntington, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 6:22 p.m. Wednesday - Charilla Marttens, 39, of 5416 W. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle. Bond: $2,000.
- 9:45 p.m. Wednesday - Derrick Paul Thomas, 23, of 3906 E. Oldfield Drive, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 10:35 p.m. Wednesday - Brad Lee Hutchison, 30, Michigan City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
- 10:43 p.m. Wednesday - David Stout, 47, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.
- 11:08 p.m. Wednesday - Gary Lee Himes, 51, of 2906 Widaman St., Winona Lake, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 11:13 p.m. Wednesday - Arturo Mendez, 25, of Ligonier, arrested for identity deception, false police reporting and driving without a license. Bond: $2,000.

Injuries: Beverly complained of leg pain; Drew Beverly, 9, South CR 275E, Warsaw, a passenger in Beverly's vehicle, suffered minor facial bleeding. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 6:46 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Old 30 and CR 225E, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: John A. Groat, 58, Grey Wolf Court, Warsaw; Laveral W. Ransbottom, 79, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Injury: Ransbottom suffered a neck fracture. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
