• 4:51 p.m. Monday - Kevin Keith Finney, 56, Kokomo, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor Bond: $1,230.55.
• 10:52 p.m. Monday - Rachel Nicole Blankenship, 21, Leesburg, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,750.
• 4:36 a.m. Tuesday - Joseph Trevor Nemeth, 29, of 800 E. Arthur St., A9, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.

• 12:15 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Parker and East Main streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Travena R. Pettit, 42, West Jefferson Street, Mentone; Rachael L. Messmore, 28, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
