Wines, 42, South Hansing Street, Syracuse. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated. n 11:45 a.m. Wednesday – 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ryan M. Neibert, 22, North CR 475E, Leesburg; Molly A. Lewis, 23, East Wildwood Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 1:12 p.m. Wednesday – North CR 300E, 1,000 feet south of East CR 1300N, Milford. Driver lost control of vehicle and struck utility pole. Driver: James F.
