County Jail Bookings The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail: n 5 p.m. Friday – Adrias Bornes, 18, of 520 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300. n 6:31 p.m. Friday – Kenneth Hoots, 70, Noblesville, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $15,000. Personal Injury Accident n 2:47 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and Prairie Street, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kari Brown, 31, West Prairie Street, Leesburg; Matthew Owens, 28, South CR 400W, Claypool. Injuries: Brown complained of neck pain; Owens complained of chest pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
