Bond: $5,000. • 3:13 p.m. Wednesday – Charity Ann Bailey, 40, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #2, Warsaw, arrested for compulsory school attendance violation. Bond: $400. • 6:49 p.m. Wednesday – Ashley Dawn Pruitt, 22, of 608 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $316. • 8:42 p.m. Wednesday – Robert Dwayne Slone, 36, of 1296 N. Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for theft and possession of marijuana. Vehicle collided with parked vehicle registered to Marcus A. Trice, Fort Wayne. Driver: Joshua S. Barker, 40, 3rd Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD. • 7:30 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Armstrong Road and North CR 75E, Warsaw. Vehicle ran off road and struck a mailbox. Driver: Drew A. Cripe, 19, Kalorama Road, Leesburg.
