Personal Injury Accidents n 8:10 a.m. Monday – EMS B38 Lane, 1,000 feet south of CR 450N, Warsaw. Vehicle struck tree. Driver: Sonya R. Ohaver, 40, EMS B38 Lane, Leesburg. Injuries: Ohaver complained of chest pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated. n 1:18 p.m. Monday – Lake City Highway, 200 feet east of Old 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rose M. Gesaman, 68, EMS B20B Lane, Pierceton; Barbara J. McIntosh, 57, Michigan City, Ind.; Jennifer L. Ulerick, 37, Peru. Injuries: McIntosh complained of pain in her head and was transported to KCH; Gesaman complained of chest pain but was medically cleared on-scene. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
