Cavender, 39, of 173 EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. • 8:18 p.m. Thursday – Kenneth Robert Hyatt, 48, of 5796 W. Decoy Road, Mentone, arrested for habitual traffic violations. Bond: $5,250.
Personal Injury Accident • 5:25 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Cody M. Kline, 20, Woodcliff Drive, Warsaw; Linda S. Sipes, 66, Argos. Injuries: Kline suffered minor bleeding from the face; Sipes suffered minor bleeding from the face. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. • 2:40 a.m. today – West CR 500S, Mentone. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Landin D. Madsen, 19, South CR 550W, Warsaw. Injuries: Madsen complained of chest pain; Zachary J. Wiesehan, 20, South CR 1000W, Mentone, Madsen’s passenger, complained of shoulder pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
