Long, 25, Walnut Street, Etna Green; John H. Elman Jr., 67, Hammond; Julie A. Jeffries, 37, Rutland Court, Winona Lake. Injuries: A passenger in Elman’s vehicle, Nancy R. Elman, 73, Hammond, complained of neck pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
