Personal Injury Accidents n 1:54 p.m. Monday – Intersection of North Detroit and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Donna Swihart, 73, West CR 850S, Claypool; Monica Braman, 63, East CR 250N, Warsaw. Injuries: Swihart was transported to the hospital to be treated for chest pain; Braman complained of head pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 3:36 p.m. Monday – East Ind. 14, 2,500 feet east of South Ind. 13, Warsaw. Driver lost control of vehicle and rolled the vehicle over into a ditch. Driver: Michael L. Stover, 31, East Ind. 14, North Manchester. Injuries: Stover was transported to the hospital to be treated for chest pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000.
