Bond: $300. • 11:01 a.m. Monday – Christopher Donn Beck, 41, of 3108 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $1,000. • 11:33 p.m. Monday – Donald L. Kintzel, 53, of 2057 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,000. • 11:39 p.m. Monday – Fred Hoyle III, 19, of 809 S.
