Personal Injury Accident • 6:09 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 950W and West Schilling Road, Mentone. Car hit phone box. Driver: Electa Witham, 37, Ind 14, Akron. Injuries: Witham had injuries to her upper arm/shoulder. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
