CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $450. • 8:36 p.m. Tuesday – Zachary Michael Sandoval, 18, of 419 S. Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond: $500. • 8:50 p.m. Tuesday – Marlis Eli Mason, 57, of 314 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500. • 9:20 p.m. Tuesday – Chrissy Rennee Hollon, 33, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. • 3:54 a.m. today – Arista Ann Butcher, 23, of 4031 N. Old Port Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia, failure to appear and parole violation. Bond: $5,250.
Property Damage Accident • 4:40 a.m. Tuesday – East Old 30, Pierceton. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Mary R. Lester, 56, East Creekside Trail, Syracuse. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
