n 11:05 a.m. Friday - Amber Dawn Thomas, 19, of 314 S. Pine St., Akron, arrested on six counts of check deception. Bond: $1,875.
n 11:34 a.m. Friday - Rick Allan Davis, 44, of 1395 W. Eastbrook, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of check deception. Bond: $1,150.
n 1:08 p.m. Friday - Mitchell Allen Scott, 49, of 6354 S. CR 700W, Claypool, arrested for criminal recklesness. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:58 p.m. Friday - Michael Lee Foreman, 34, of 1016 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $500.

n 3:24 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 350N, North Webster. Drivers: Arletta G. Wunder, 80, East Old 30, Pierceton; Robert Jhan, 51, Columbia City. Injury: Jhan complained of neck pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
