• 10:46 p.m. Wednesday - Jasmin L. Warren, 33, of 409 N. Dolan Drive, #3, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 3:23 a.m. Thursday - Jonathan K. Quillen, 34, of 1495 E. Dove Lane, Milford, arrested for intimidation, leaving the scene of an accident and being a habitual offender. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:52 a.m. Thursday - Syracuse-Webster Road, 350 feet south of CR 900N, North Webster. SUV left roadway. Driver: Jamie L. Slabaugh, 20, North Syracuse Webster Road, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 11:35 p.m. Wednesday - Domestic battery was reported in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. WPD.
