 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 2:21 p.m. Wednesday – Ronald Raymond Felton, 30, of 10582 S. Pleasant St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $350.
n 5:19 p.m. Wednesday – Ryan V. Smythe, 24, of 12750 N. CR 825E, Syracuse, arrested for battery with seriously bodily injury – aggravated assault with hands. Bond: $5,000.
n 10:01 p.m. Wednesday – Nicholas Paul Neuhaus, 31, of 133 EMS W11 Lane, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 10:04 p.m. Wednesday – Tanesha Annette Rhoades, 24, of 5310 N. CR 850E, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

n 10:17 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West CR 600N, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Michael L. Lawson, 37, One Street, New Paris; Daniel Klug, 52, Bean Station, Tenn. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 12:40 p.m. Wednesday – Lake City Highway, 100 feet west of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Richard A. Day, 65, Denver, Ind.; Michael R. Thomas, 48, North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw; Serria R. Boyer, 26, Tippecanoe. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 4:46 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of South Detroit Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Peggy L. Bailey, 43, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; Mary L. Alley, 47, East Tulip Street, Pierceton. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
n 8:21 p.m. Wednesday – West Old 30, 90 feet east of North CR 525W, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Athena L. Stenstrom, 30, South Bourbon Street, Bourbon. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

n 9:42 a.m. Wednesday – Police responded to a report of an unwanted person in the 500 block of Chinworth Court, Warsaw. WPD.
n 10:55 a.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw man reported theft of a washer and dryer in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue. WPD.
n 11:15 a.m. Wednesday – A Warsaw woman reported harassing phone calls in the 400 block of South Maple Avenue. WPD.
n 7:02 a.m. today – A North Manchester man reported a cash register in a creek in the 12600 block of South Ind. 13. KCSD.
