Personal Injury Accidents n 8:20 p.m. Monday – County Road 450 N, 150 feet west of CR 375E, Warsaw. Vehicle struck rail post. Driver: Timothy C. Walker, 41, CR 400N, Pierceton. Injuries: Walker complained of pain in his chest and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated. n 5:24 p.m. Tuesday – Argonne Road, 300 feet east of Winona Ave., Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Alison R. Himes, 18, CR 535S, Claypool; Christopher S. Gavaranic, 29, Griffith, Ind.; Britany L. Root, 19, Herscher Drive, Warsaw; Thomas C. Sweeny, 51, CR 275E, Warsaw. Injuries: Makita L. Till, 18, CR 100W, Claypool, the front passenger of Himes' vehicle suffered a bloody nose but declined treatment; Abigail I. Cuban, 18, Esplanade Street, Winona Lake, rear driver side passenger of Hines' vehicle complained of wrist pain but declined EMS treatment; Gavaranic, driver of vehicle 2, was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital by EMS for a complaint of neck pain; Root, driver of vehicle 3, was taken to KCH for complaint of neck pain. Mark A. Ogle, 28, Jefferson Street, Warsaw, Root's passenger, was transported to KCH for complaint of neck and left knee pain. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.
