- 5:32 a.m. Wednesday - Claire D. Rex, 32, of 6669 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 5:05 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Dixon, 48, Fort Wayne, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 6:29 p.m. Wednesday - Benjamin Douglas Irvine, 31, of 1903 Sandollar Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 9:27 p.m. Wednesday - Tanya Marie Sexton, 33, of 559 N. Clark St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
- 11:29 p.m. Wednesday - Cody William Ramseyer, 22, of 511 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 11:50 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Thomas Sebastian, 36, of 528 N. CR 650E, Rochester, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 9:09 a.m. Saturday - 4561 Cardinal Drive, Syracuse. Two-car collision. Drivers: Keegan A. Beer, 16, East CR 1050N, Milford; Joshua A. Tolsma, 18, North Sullivan Road, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 8:19 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Nicole L. Smith, 37, Ind. 5, Larwill; Elizabeth N. Brady, 29, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
