Hit-skip accident involving a semi trailer striking utility pole. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated. • 3:22 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Detroit and Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Cicely L.
