No bond set. n 9:39 p.m. Monday – Alexander Peter Scelzo, 20, of 8960 E. Hatchery Road, No. 15, Syracuse, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000. n 1:49 a.m. Tuesday – Joshua Paul Widmeyer, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
Property Damage Accident n 7:32 a.m. Monday – South Ind. 25, 1,000 feet west of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Driver swerved to avoid a deer and rolled the vehicle onto its roof. Driver: Amber Diehl, 27, South CR 800W, Mentone. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
Incidents n 1:10 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a report of a dump truck in a field in the 2600 block of West CR 200S, Warsaw. KCSD. n 7:42 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman reported a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Eisenhower Parkway. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
