Personal Injury Accidents n 3:52 a.m. Friday – Ind. 25, 750 feet west of CR 600W, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway. Driver: Trent A. Templin, 27, CR 400W, Leesburg. Injuries: Templin suffered minor bleeding to his face. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated. n 4 a.m. Friday – Ind. 13, 50 feet north of CR 1000N, Syracuse. Vehicle struck pole. Driver: Jeffery L. Brewer, 29, U.S. 30, Pierceton. Injuries: Brewer complained of pain in both ankles and back and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD investigated, assisted by Indiana State Police and North Webster Police Department. n 1:29 a.m. Monday – Ind. 15, 50 feet south of U.S. 30, Warsaw. Vehicle struck guardrail. Driver: Marcus D. Croy, 28, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Croy was transported to KCH for complaint of pain to his abdomen. Damages: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
