Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300. • 2:06 p.m. Monday – Travis James Johnson, 38, of 312 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750. • 6:23 p.m. Monday – Quincy Jenkins, 21, Indianapolis, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500. • 7:10 p.m. Monday – Joel Lee Portala, 35, of 7929 N. Tippy Shore, Rochester, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $168.50. • 7:58 p.m. Monday – Bradley Scott McAfoose, 23, of 502 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. No bond set. • 10:30 p.m. Monday – Jose Cuahuizo, 22, of 3762 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $350.
Personal Injury Accident • 6:04 a.m. today – Intersection of Center and Friend streets, Warsaw. Vehicle struck pedestrian. Driver: Scott M. Daeger, 33, Washington Street, Pierceton. Injuries: Pedestrian Darrell W. Vetor, 52, Center Street, Warsaw, was transported to Lutheran Hospital for injuries to his legs and a laceration on his head. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

WPD. • 1:40 p.m. Monday – A stray dog attacked another dog in the 700 block of Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD. • 7:11 p.m. Monday – Theft was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
