 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• Friday – Cesar Saucedo, 30, of 530 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 10:47 p.m. Friday – Dustin Allen Sloan, 31, of 9462 Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; possession of meth; possession of a look-alike substance; possession of a schedule I,II,III or IV controlled substance; possession of cocaine; possession of paraphernalia; driving while suspended; and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $3,000.
• 12:45 a.m. Saturday – Damion Alexander Blackburn, 26, of 1961 E. CR 300S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
• 12:54 a.m. Saturday – Nathan Levi Arnett, 34, of 3038 N. CR 900E, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 3:51 a.m. Saturday – Ty Wayne Brown, 54, Plant City, Fla., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $15,000.
• 4:03 a.m. Saturday – Andrew Craig McDonald, 28, Indianapolis, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 11:45 a.m. Saturday – Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 23, no address provided, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
• 12:46 p.m. Saturday – Richard August Pendergrass II, 26, South Bend, arrested for disorderly conduct – fighting. Bond: $1,500.
• 4:41 p.m. Saturday – Kyle Thomas Henson, 30, of 510 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for battery of a child younger than 14, criminal confinement and domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16. Bond: $2,000.
• 8:36 p.m. Saturday – Jeremy Alan Green, 32, of 500 Pleasant Acres Drive, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
• 12:05 a.m. Sunday – David Allen Stuckman, 43, of 107 E. Carroll St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 12:28 a.m. Sunday – Abby Nicole Marshall, 18, of 407 W. High St., Huntington, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
• 1:20 a.m. Sunday – Bridgette Nicole Brubaker, 18, of 308 W. 9th St., North Manchester, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 1:23 a.m. Sunday – Nicholas Tyler Holmes, 20, Hallsville, Texas, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 1:39 a.m. Sunday – Dylan James Whitford, 21, of 3768 S. CR 275E, Warsaw, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $500.
• 1:42 a.m. Sunday – Miranda Elaine Terrill, 19, of 4363 E. CR 900S, Claypool, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 5:20 a.m. Sunday – Alexander Neil Miller, 19, of 1513 Green Hill Drive, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 5:27 a.m. Sunday – Cody Alexander Payne, 18, of 2552 S. Woodland Trail, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 6:16 p.m. Sunday – Harold D. Blythe, 39,  Hammond, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 9:11 p.m. Sunday – Heather Marie Frederick, 37, of 56 EMS B4 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 11:57 p.m. Sunday – Francisco Benavidez, 25, Arkansas City, Kan., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 12:01 a.m. today – Jose Antonio Huizar, 42,  South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

Personal Injury Accident
• 5:48 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Chase A. Miller, 21, Ind. 8, Knox; Jamie L. Close, 37, East CR 400N, Leesburg. Injuries: Miller suffered a head contusion/bruise. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

Property Damage Accidents
• 10:10 a.m. Friday – Emeline Street, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Noah F. Hendrickson, 49, Country Club Road, Warsaw; Rosemary Method, 77, Camp Mack Road, Milford. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 12:46 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Center and Lake streets, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into a parked vehicle registered to Ashley R. Busenburg, Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Driver: Monica M. Crowe, 28, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Damages: $750 to $1,000. WPD.
• 3:19 p.m. Friday – Lakeside Drive, Syracuse. Trailer got caught on a boat registered to Barbara Danquist. Driver: Herbert Otto, 71, Lemont, Ill. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 3:22 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sophia A. McMillan, 20, Hovey Street, Atwood; Delmar Estep, 43, Franklin Street, Mentone. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 3:31 p.m. Friday – Intersection of West CR 900S and Ind. 19, Akron. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Sandra K. Inglehearn, 46, North CR 650E, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000.
• 4:33 p.m. Friday – Walton Boulevard, Warsaw.  Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: Jeanne C. Via, 65, Copeland Street, Warsaw; Patrick S. O’Connell, 65, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 11:51 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Union and Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Richard A. Bradford, 65, Main Street, Warsaw; Rodney S. Hettler, 35, Plainfield. Damages: $750 to $1,000. WPD.
• 3:39 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Levi Lee Road and Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jeremy J. Schue, 36, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Rosalio Alvarez, 18, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 5:22 p.m. Saturday – Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Lindsey A. Lucas, 23, Jefferson Street, Silver Lake; Harrison W. Montgomery, 27, Laurelwood Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 10:21 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Pierceton Road and CR 275E, Warsaw. A vehicle registered to Ashley J. Bratten, Market Street, Warsaw, ran off the road and struck a guide wire and multiple mailboxes, and the driver fled the scene. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 8:20 a.m. Saturday – Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 12700 block of South CR 100W, Silver Lake. KCSD.
• 10:45 p.m. Saturday – A Warsaw woman reported her vehicle stolen in the 1800 block of Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:49 p.m. Saturday – An Etna Green man reported damage to his mailbox in the 500 block of South CR 950W, Etna Green. KCSD.
• 8:51 p.m. Sunday – Theft was reported in the 5100 block of South CR 700W, Burket. KCSD.
• 12:33 a.m. today – Battery was reported in the 3600 block of North CR 175E, Warsaw. KCSD.
