 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 2:16 a.m. Monday – Amy Sue Angel, 52, of 6652 N. Third Trail, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:48 a.m. Monday – Shane Ashley Holloway, 46, of 306 W. Valleyview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 10:51 a.m. Monday – Nichole Elizabeth Thomas, 30, of 903-1/2 Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 1:36 p.m. Monday – Gary Ray Miller, 37, of 1746 E. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for dealing meth. Bond: $10,250.
• 2:37 p.m. Monday – Cara Grace Vuittonet, 29, of 918 E. Center St., #B, Warsaw, arrested on five counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,053.
• 2:46 p.m. Monday – Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 25, of 209 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $451.
• 3:19 p.m. Monday – Kathryn Jo Heatherman, 52, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 3:31 p.m. Monday – Jason Michael Thorn, 32, of 206 E. Lynwood Drive, #2, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and driving while classified as a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5.250.
• 4:33 p.m. Monday – Brittany Nichole Hughes, 22, of 12022 N.?Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. 
• 4:53 p.m. Monday – Sarah Ann Mills, 24, of 1903 Sandpiper Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $481.46.

Property Damage Accident
• 7:40 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 650N and 500E, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Amber Jaress, 36, Shelbyville. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Incidents 
• 2:13 a.m. Monday ­– A person reported criminal trespass in the 300 block of West Valleyview, Syracuse. Syracuse. Police Department investigated.
• 2:46 p.m. Monday – A person reported a fraud in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
