• 12:51 p.m. Monday - Chelsi Renee Clevenger, 27, Bremen, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 3:35 p.m. Monday - Brandon Scott Mulldune, 31, of 1632 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of an injury crash, reckless driving and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:58 p.m. Monday - James Allen Bradley Jr., 22, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. No bond set.
• 8:22 p.m. Monday - Ashley Nicole Shepherd, 20, of 5839 W. Wood Duck Drive, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.
• 11:03 p.m. Monday - Daniel Ned Witham, 42, Mentone, arrested for battery resulting in serious bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:16 a.m. Tuesday - Mitchell Allen Dawson, 37, of 5829 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $5,500.
Personal Injury Accident
• 7:26 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 390 feet north of Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Tucker A. Carlile, 16, South Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake; Jennifer A. Straits, 17, Sharon Street, Winona Lake. Injury: Straits complained of pain to the head and was taken to a medical facility by her father. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accidents
• 5:52 p.m. Monday - East CR 900N, 300 feet east of North CR 100E, Milford. SUV hit a turkey. Driver: Daniel G. Miller, 22, West Jackson Street, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:32 a.m. Tuesday - West Ind. 14, 600 feet west of South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Jason Ewell, 36, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
Incidents
• 4:22 p.m. Monday - A juvenile complaint was made in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:31 p.m. Monday - A woman reported her vehicle was egged in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 7:43 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. WPD.
• 9:53 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 11900 block of North Camelot Lane East, Cromwell. KCSO.
• 12:17 a.m. Tuesday - A juvenile complaint was made in the 100 block of South Main Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
