• 10:21 a.m. Monday - Charles Clayton Ewing Jr., 47, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - felony and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 12:30 p.m. Monday - Kile Leslie Patrick, 32, of 3762 W. Old 30, #45E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $780.
• 1:59 p.m. Monday - John Howard Wayne Heckaman, 44, of 12180 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.
• 4:13 p.m. Monday - Cameron Keyshawn Wilson, 18, of 27 Pequinot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
• 6:27 p.m. Monday - Alexander Shane Wilkie, 21, of 1706 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.
• 6:43 p.m. Monday - Adriana Murillo, 40, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #170, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
• 7:13 p.m. Monday - Jessika Katherine Greene, 29, of 301 E. Main St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:36 p.m. Monday - Matthew Steven Murphy, 41, of 10652 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 6:13 p.m. Friday - East U.S. 30, 500 feet east of CR 900E, Warsaw. Commercial truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Alex K. Dowell, 38, Chicago, Ill.; Robert L. McDonough, 47, East CR 125, Akron. Injury: McDonough complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Parkview Hospital in Whitley County. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
• 12:01 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of South Scott Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Leslie Hernandez, 28, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Pamela L. Hall, 62, South Packerton Road, Claypool. Injuries: Hall complained of pain to the lower leg; Maria I. Hernandez, 51, West CR 250S, Warsaw, a passenger in Hernandez's car, complained of pain to the chest and was taken by Lutheran EMS to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Daniel Zamarron, 9, West CR 250S, Warsaw, a passenger in Hernandez's car, complained of pain to the upper arm and was taken by Hernandez to KCH; Okie L. Hall, 69, South Packerton Road, Claypool, a passenger in Pamela Hall's car, complained of pain to the neck but refused medical treatment at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • 5:52 p.m. Friday - Two persons were arrested in the 700 block of Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, for possession of meth, possession of a syringe for use with a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 7:13 p.m. Friday - A woman in the 1200 block of South CR 450E, Pierceton, reported her credit card was being used fraudulently. KCSD.

• 7:57 p.m. Friday - A man was arrested in the 12800 block of North Eastshore Drive, Syracuse, for pointing a loaded firearm at a person. KCSD.

• 1:13 p.m. Monday - Officers provided a citizen's assist in the 100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:17 p.m. Monday - An employee of Oakwood Cemetery reported a break-in to the storage garage in the 400 block of North Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $400. WPD.
• 3:14 p.m. Monday - A driver was found to be driving while suspended with a prior conviction in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
