Bond: $1,500. • 2:28 a.m. today – Elaine Fay Smith, 32, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for battery and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $3,300.

Injuries: A passenger in Goble’s vehicle, Meora Anderson, 29, Maple Street, Akron, was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for minor head bleeding. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000.
