Personal Injury Accident n 7:25 a.m. Tuesday – Center Street, 100 feet north of Columbia Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Howard R. Jones, 71, Center Street, Warsaw; Donna J. Risner, 41, Columbia Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Risner complained of pain in her left knee; Kyleigh Risner, 16, Columbia Street, Warsaw, a passenger of Risner, complained of pain in her right hip, neck and back. Both Risners were transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
