Personal Injury Accidents n 8:12 a.m. Saturday – US 30, 450 feet east of Ind. 15, Warsaw. Vehicle struck guardrail. Driver: Blaze A. Cotterman, 20, Columbia City. Injuries: Trevor Strete, 13, Columbia City, a passenger in Cotterman's vehicle, complained of pain in both knees. Warsaw Police Department transported Strete to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
