CR 275E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300. • 1:29 p.m. Monday – Robert Wayne Oldaker, 24, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000. • 2:32 p.m. Monday – Stephanie Lynn Juarez, 33, of 3020 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $750. • 8:50 p.m. Monday – Eric Bradley Salyer, 22, of 826 N. CR 650W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $550. • 11:07 p.m. Monday – Allen Wade Cooley Sr., 27, Ligonier, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
Property Damage Accident • 7:23 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Country Club Road and Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Maria M. Duenas Lopez, 17, Wood Street, Warsaw; Jonathon A. Harmon, 26, Clear Creek Trail, North Manchester. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
